Harness Mattress

Trying to find out how to resolve an issue with my bed that was too high due to the box spring I purchased with the bed, I finally found Harness Mattress. They couldn't have been more helpful. I was given all the information I needed to choose what to use as a base for my bed. The price was right and it was delivered and my old one removed. Now my bed is just right!!

Home town family owned business. Friendly and accommodating. Show room is primative at best. Horrible obscure location. Seem to make a good product. Products are NOT inexpensive. I expected their items to be a bit more competitively priced since they have cut out the middle man. I suspect they are carrying too many family members on the payroll. I am more than satisfied with the mattress we bought from them.

We moved to the area from Phoenix and went here to purchase a new mattress for our bedroom. When it was delivered we thought it's a little firm but we will break it in. Well that didn't happen. My husband had arthritis and the mattress was just to hard. He needed something much softer. We went in and talked to the owner and he said to bring it back and he would make us happy. Well that he did!!!! The mattress is perfect now!!! In the last 5 days we have had the best sleep we've had in a very long time. This is a family owned manufacturing company. They make the mattresses in house. These are good people who not only believe in their product but they stand behind the product they make. You won't find that with the big mattress companies. After living in Phoenix for 39 years, it's refreshing to deal with a company with integrity. If I ever need another mattress, I'll give Harness my business!!!

I ordered a mattress (660RB Deluxe) and paid to have it shipped via FedEx freight to a center close to where I live and I'm very thankful I did. It is the best mattress I've slept on. I like a firm nights sleep and I first experienced this mattress at a Hotel in Branson (see my Camden review). I contacted the hotel to find out where the mattress was made because I wanted one. I've been sleeping well ever since it arrived. The total for the full size mattress, box springs, tax and shipping was $688.90 in August 2013. I was happy with that knowing that I had tried it out at the Camden hotel in Branson and liked it. I also liked that it was made in the USA. They were great people to work with and I appreciate their help in making sure I have a good nights sleep.
