Shelter Insurance is proud to offer home, auto, and life insurance products to members of this community. Joan Bell offers personal service to ensure you have the right coverage at the right price.  We offer voluntary (supplemental) plans through Colonial to businesses for employees to obtain coverage for disability, accident, life, cancer, critical illness and hospital confinement.  We are here to visit with you Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm; however, we are happy to schedule appointments outside of those hours for the convenience of our clients.
