The housing authority manages affordable multifamily & elderly apartment complexes (ie: The Manor @ Maple Esplanade, Cottonwood Heights Villas, & Omaha Apts). The housing authority is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency and we are the authority that administers the Mutual Self Help Housing Prpgram, bringing groups of families together to build their own homes.
