The NAHRA is a professional group of dedicated exclusively to the advancement of HR management and the HR profession. NAHRA has an active membership comprised mainly of HR professionals or HR related fields located in Boone, Marion, Newton, and Searcy counties. In 2003, NAHRA was chartered as a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapter and is a member of the Arkansas SHRM State Council (ARSHRM).
